At MoneyBackMachine, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be provided for our services.

1. One-Time Purchases ($19)

1.1 Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds for one-time purchases are provided only in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access or download your document due to a technical error on our part.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same document.
  • Non-Delivery: If your document was not generated or delivered within 24 hours of payment.

1.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally NOT provided for:

  • Change of mind after viewing or downloading your document.
  • Dissatisfaction with the outcome of using the document (e.g., not receiving the refund or discount you sought from a company).
  • Claims that the document did not "work" for your specific situation.
  • Failure to read or follow the provided instructions.
  • Situations where you provided inaccurate or incomplete information.

Important: As stated in our Terms of Service and Legal Disclaimer, MoneyBackMachine provides educational templates only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using our templates, and lack of success with a third party is not grounds for a refund.

2. Monthly Subscriptions ($14/month)

2.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Here's how cancellation works:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will continue to have access to unlimited documents until the subscription expires.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • You can cancel through your account settings or by contacting support.

2.2 Subscription Refunds

Refunds for subscription payments may be provided in these circumstances:

  • First-Time Subscribers: If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription payment AND have not generated more than 2 documents, you may request a full refund.
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or after cancellation.
  • Service Outages: If the Service was unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days during your billing period.

2.3 Prorated Refunds

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-billing-cycle, you retain access until the end of the paid period but are not entitled to a partial refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at support@moneybackmachine.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your account email address and transaction ID (found in your payment confirmation).
  3. Clearly explain the reason for your refund request.
  4. Provide any relevant documentation or screenshots if applicable.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
  • If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company. Chargebacks incur additional fees and may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account.
  • Loss of access to any documents you have generated.
  • Potential collection actions for disputed amounts.

Most issues can be resolved quickly by contacting our support team directly.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Such exceptions do not create precedent for future refund requests.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
