• One-Time Purchase: $19 for a single document (script or letter).
• Monthly Subscription: $14 per month for unlimited documents.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

9. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by MoneyBackMachine and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• Generated Templates: Once you purchase a template, you are granted a non-exclusive, personal license to use that template for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our templates.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of the situation descriptions and other information you provide to us.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements; or (d) the quality of any templates will meet your expectations.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MoneyBackMachine, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

15. Class Action Waiver

YOU AND MONEYBACKMACHINE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MoneyBackMachine regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
